Refund Policy

Jacob Miller offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on The Lost Woodsman's Almanac. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email jacobmillerhunter@gmail.com with the word REFUND and your Gumroad receipt, and we'll refund your purchase in full — you keep any bonus files.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad, our checkout provider, back to your original payment method (typically 5–10 business days). There is nothing to return; this is a digital product.

If you are in the EU or UK: by purchasing and downloading immediately you agree to begin delivery at once and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may end once the download begins — but our voluntary 30-day guarantee above still applies regardless.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to deliver the product and (if you opt in for the free Field Card) email you.

• Purchases: handled by Gumroad, which collects your name, email, and payment details to process the sale and deliver your files. We never see or store your card details. See Gumroad's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
• Free Field Card & email: when you claim the free Old-Way Field Card, it's delivered through Gumroad, which collects your email to send the download and any follow-ups. Unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email. We don't run a separate mailing-list service.
• Analytics: we do not set third-party tracking or advertising cookies on this site. Any traffic measurement is limited to privacy-friendly, aggregate counts that don't identify you.

Hunting Disclaimer

This book teaches woodcraft, deer behavior, and old-way hunting skills for educational purposes. Hunting is regulated and carries real risk. Before you hunt:

• Follow the law. Always obey your state and local game laws, seasons, bag limits, licensing, tagging requirements, and any baiting or food-plot restrictions. Regulations differ by state and county and change year to year — your wildlife agency is the final authority, not this book.
• Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). Follow your state's CWD testing, carcass-transport, and disposal rules, and the CDC's guidance on handling and consuming venison. When in doubt, get the animal tested.
• Firearm and treestand safety. Treat every firearm as loaded and know your target and what's beyond it. Always wear a full-body harness in a treestand and use a lifeline from the ground up — falls are a leading cause of hunting injury.
• Ethical, legal shots only. Take only clean, ethical shots within your effective range, and make every reasonable effort to recover game.
• Results vary. Skill, weather, terrain, pressure, and luck all play a part. Nothing here guarantees a harvest.
